Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry the Tau Miu.

  2. Heat oil in wok.

  3. Sauté the chopped garlic till golden and dish out. Drain the fried garlic and leave aside.

To fry Tau Miu (sweet pea sprout):
 
First rinse and drain the tau miu ( sweet pea sprout )
 
 
Heat up oil in wok. Sauté chopped garlic until fragrant and golden brown in colour.
 
 
Drain the fried golden garlic crisps and set aside.
 
 
With the garlic oil in wok, add the drained and rinsed tau miu.
 
 
Stir fry lightly the tau miu to make sure the garlic oil is infused into the vegetable.
 
 
Dish out immediately when cooked and garnish the top with the fried garlic crisps. Serve immediately.
