This recipe is easy and  foolproof.  It makes a very soft and light fluffy loaf of white bread. My maid says its SOoooooo  delicious. No more buying Massimo Bread anymore!

Instructions
  1. Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of the bread machine.

  2. Let the yeast dissolve and foam for 10 minutes.

  3. Add the oil, flour and salt to the yeast.

  4. Select Basic setting, and press start. The whole process takes 3 hours.

It’s just that simple to have freshly baked bread at home when you have a bread maker.
The aroma while it’s baking is just…….. heavenly.
 
 
 
Can even make a panini sandwich using my home panini grill with the bread.

Is this for a 1.5 pound loaf, or 2 pound? Do you use active dry yeast, or instant yeast? Looks yummy!

It’s the smaller size ( 1.5 pound) and I use instant yeast. Enjoy!
