    Instructions
    1. Prepare all the ingredients needed for this dish.
    2. Using a fork, mash the ripe bananas until it resembles one big chunk.
    3. After the bananas has been mashed, add sifted rice flour.
    4. Then add the sifted all-purpose flour.
    5. Next add baking soda.
    6. And some salt.
    7. Then add in toasted white sesame seeds.
    8. Combine until everything is well mixed. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes and we’re ready to fry.
    9. Heat up a wok of oil over medium to high heat. Dip a wooden chopstick into the oil. When the oil is ready, small bubbles will appear.
    10. Just before deep frying, mix in the brown sugar into the mashed banana batter.
    11. Using an ice-cream scoop, spoon the banana batter into the hot oil.
    12. Fry the banana balls until its golden brown.
    13. When it’s ready, scoop the fried banana balls up using a strainer.
    14. Drain on paper towels. And we’re done!
    15. Serve these crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside banana fritters hot with a cup of coffee or tea.
    Recipe Notes

Make sure the oil is not TOO hot or else it will burn the banana fritters immediately.

By adding sugar JUST before frying, the banana fritters will be crispier on the outside.

The ingredients for this recipe are flexible. If you like more bananas, then add less flour to have a softer fritter. Otherwise add more flour for a more rounded fritters.
